1. Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the New Roots Clinic Management System (“CMS”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions:

1. The CMS shall be accessed and used only by authorised users for official clinical, administrative and business purposes.
2. Users shall keep their login credentials confidential and shall not share their account or provide access to any unauthorised person.
3. All patient, medical, financial, employee and Company information available through the CMS shall be treated as confidential and shall not be accessed, copied, downloaded, disclosed or used except for authorised purposes.
4. Users shall ensure that information entered into the CMS is accurate and complete and shall not make any unauthorised alteration, deletion or manipulation of records.
5. Patient photographs, medical records, prescriptions and treatment information shall be accessed and used only for authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable consent and Company policies.
6. Users shall not use the CMS for any unlawful, unauthorised, personal or commercial purpose or attempt to bypass its security controls.
7. Any suspected unauthorised access, data breach, loss, misuse or disclosure of CMS information shall be immediately reported to the Company.
8. The Company may monitor CMS access and maintain activity logs for security, audit, compliance and operational purposes.
9. The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke CMS access in case of misuse, security concerns or violation of these Terms.
10. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Privacy & Data Protection Notice

The CMS may collect and process personal information including patient and employee details, medical and clinical records, photographs, prescriptions, appointments, billing information and user activity data.

Such information shall be processed only for authorised clinical, administrative, operational, legal and regulatory purposes and shall be accessed on a role-based and need-to-know basis.

Users shall maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and shall not copy, download, disclose or use such information for any unauthorised purpose.

The Company shall implement appropriate measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure and shall retain such information in accordance with applicable law and the Company's applicable data-retention requirements.

Any suspected data breach, unauthorised access or disclosure shall be immediately reported to the Company.
